I just accept your caption interpretations as fact lol. :) Sorry he was barely in it! and it's funny that Criterion's streaming service honestly has some not great movies on it... I guess it'd be nice to know that they're (open for debate) intended to mostly be good but honestly I put the most blame on the people who write the descriptions. The most mundane movie will be like a deep psychosexual delve into whatever and you watch it and go like... huh??
